It is not designed for scratches deep in the base coat, although it can improve their appearance cosmetically. We recommend wetting your vehicle's panel before purchase and seeing if you like the look - the result of Xpro Innovative Automotive Varnish will look similar to a wet panel, but with more depth. The longevity of a product depends on many different factors (wear, environment and whether the vehicle has been maintained). If a significantly thick coat is applied , the coating will last over 2 years , if sealed with our Xpro ceramic coating you extend the life over 3 years.
The main distinguishing feature of Xpro innovative automotive lacquer is the self-leveling properties that make it easy to use. Compared to other products, it also has a higher gloss and can be applied thicker to achieve considerable depth.
You can wash the car 48 hours after application. We recommend that you do NOT drive the vehicle to an automatic car wash (with rollers) after application. Automatic car washes are known to damage regular car paint, so they can do the same to the coating . Our recommendation is to hand wash, power wash or run the vehicle through a touchless car wash.
Xpro innovative car polish is designed to help bring back the shine to headlights, plastic, chrome and vehicle paintwork. It is not intended for use on windows.
Cleaning and preparation is the KEY. Thoroughly wash the area you will be applying with water and dry thoroughly. Then clean the area with Xpro degreaser (clay bar for additional preparation). Make sure the area is dry before application.
